In production across three Grupo Orenes casinos and on the Spanish national poker tour (CNP) — regular tournaments, festivals with flights and full tour seasons.
Proven where it counts: in production
Floorman isn't demoed on a test environment. It runs tournaments with players in their seats, money in the cage and the screens switched on.
Grupo Orenes- Deployed across three of the group's casinos. Regular tournaments and festivals, with floor operations, the cage and the public screens inside the same platform.
Circuito Nacional de Poker- The Spanish national tour runs on Floorman: stages across different venues, season standings and public information for players.
The screenshots on this page come from that same software, with demo data.
The clock is the visible part
Plenty of rooms arrive looking for a tournament clock. What they take away is the system that holds the whole tournament up: entries, tables, moves, payouts, the cage and player information. One source of truth for the team and for the floor, instead of spreadsheets, disconnected tools and the same data typed in three places.
The director runs the room from one screen
Pause, advance a level, adjust minutes or start hand-for-hand, with keyboard shortcuts so you never take your eyes off the room. Below, each part of the tournament in its own tab: entries, players, tables, structure and payouts. Every action shows up instantly on the TVs and on the player's phone.

Three solutions for running live poker
The same product core, proven on the floor. What changes is the scope of the operation and how it's rolled out. Below them, the self-serve option for anyone who doesn't need a managed rollout.
Floorman Venue
Casinos and poker roomsA room's poker operation, centralised: tournaments, tables and seating, cash, the cage, players, communication and public screens.
Floorman Circuit
Tours, circuits and seriesA whole competition: every stage run the same way, and the entire season in standings that update themselves.
Floorman Enterprise
Groups and operatorsSeveral venues, integrations with your systems and dedicated infrastructure where compliance calls for it.
Floorman Manager
Self-serve · clubs and small roomsSign up directly, no managed rollout: set your room up and run your first tournament the same day.
Floorman Venue
For casinos, poker rooms and casino groups: end-to-end management of a room's poker operation, with the whole team working off the same information.
- Tournaments
- Tournament setup and templates, blind structures, entries, re-entries and add-ons, bust-outs, prize pool and payouts, results and final standings. A professional clock synced to the second between the director, the floor TVs and the player's phone.
- Tables and seating
- Seating from the first registration, balancing with suggestions the floor confirms, full redraws, guided table breaks and seats reserved for accessibility. Every move is logged: who moved whom, and when.
- Cash
- Cash tables by game and stakes, player sessions, a waiting list with its own screen and table close-out with rake, tips and notes. The cash room stops being run on a whiteboard.
- The cage
- Selling entries, re-entries and add-ons at the counter, with the prize pool, bounty and fee broken out; counts, close-outs by session and by event, and end-of-day reconciliation. The numbers add up before the lights go off.
- Players
- The room's player base with tournament and cash history, team notes, digital player card with QR and early registration from a phone. Shorter queues at the counter.
- Communication
- Notices and notifications for players, live tournament information on the floor screens and on their phones, and a public site with the room's calendar. Less asking at the counter, more information where it belongs.
- Management
- Activity and financial reports by tournament, by session and by period; per-person roles (director, floor, cage, registration) and several venues under the same organisation, each with its own data.
- Your brand on screen
- Colours, fonts and logo on the TVs, in the player area and on the public site. Floorman works behind the scenes; the brand on show is yours.
The result: one source of truth for the team and for the player, and less manual work spread across spreadsheets and disconnected tools.
What the player sees
Floorman doesn't stop at the casino's panel. Everything happening in the operation reaches the floor screens and the player's phone with no extra work and no second tool.
The tournament, in the player's pocket
The same clock and the same payouts as the floor TV, served from the same platform. Nobody has to copy anything anywhere.
- Live clock and level, with blinds, antes and the next break
- Full tournament structure and payouts, updated as registration closes
- Players left, entries and prize pool in real time
- Table and seat where the room publishes them
- Results, history and season standings
- A player site built for mobile: it opens from the QR code on the floor, nothing to install

Floorman Circuit
For tours, circuits, series and organisers running several events: managing a whole competition, from each tournament to the season standings.
Every stage, run the same way
Events and stages across different venues, on the same tournament engine and the same rules. What's played at each stop feeds the tour without being typed in again.
The season, in one ranking
Configurable scoring, rankings and standings recalculated as each tournament closes, and per-player history across the season.
The public side, for free
Calendar, results, standings and player profiles on the tour's site and on mobile, fed by the operation itself.

Floorman Enterprise
For groups, operators and organisations with several venues and requirements of their own.
For when the operation doesn't fit a standard plan: several venues under one organisation, integrations with your systems, dedicated or on-premise deployment where compliance calls for it, and support and data agreements your legal team can sign.
We handle the transition
Changing tools is scarier than the software itself. The rollout goes step by step, with your team inside it, and it doesn't interrupt the room's operation.
We learn how you operate
How you work today: tournaments, shifts, the cage, who does what and what can't be touched.
We configure Floorman
Structures, payouts, tournament templates, venues, rooms and team roles, already loaded.
We adapt brand and behaviour
Your identity on the screens and your house rules reflected in the system.
We train the team
Short sessions per role: management, floor, cage and registration. Each one gets their own.
We test on a real operation
An actual tournament with us alongside, before anything depends on the platform.
We stay for go-live
The first tournaments with direct support and adjustments as they come up.
A proven platform, adapted to each operator. The product core is the same one running today in casinos and on a national tour; on top of it goes what's yours: visual identity, venues and rooms, house rules and the way your team works.
Running a club or a small room?
