Frequently asked questions
Why don't you publish prices for Venue, Circuit and Enterprise?
Because no two operations are alike: a room with one weekly tournament doesn't cost the same as a group with three venues and festivals, nor does a four-stage tour compare to a twelve-stage one. The proposal comes after we've seen how you operate, and it includes configuration, training and an accompanied go-live.
Which solution fits us?
If you operate a poker room: Floorman Venue. If you organise a competition with several events: Floorman Circuit (plus Venue in the rooms where it's played). If you're a group with several venues, integrations or infrastructure requirements: Enterprise. If you're a club or a small room and self-serve is enough: Floorman Manager.
How long does a rollout take?
It depends on the scope, but the order is always the same: learn how you operate, configure, adapt brand and rules, train the team, test on a real tournament and stay alongside for the first events in production. We never switch tools halfway through a festival.
Do you take a cut of the rake or the buy-ins?
No, never. You pay for the software. What happens at the tables is between your room and your players.
Is there a lock-in?
Not on the self-serve plans: cancel whenever you want. Managed rollouts work on annual contracts, because there's setup, training and support involved.
Who owns the data?
You do. Tournaments, players and results can be exported in every mode. For one-off events, handing the data over at the end is part of the service.
Does the Sandbox expire?
No. It's free forever, with limits: 1 active tournament, up to 30 entries per tournament and no tables or player records. It's the honest way to try the engine before paying anything.
